Establishment of a hi-tech industrial park on the Hebrew University of Jerusalem campus, in collaboration with the university (company’s share 66%).

The project will consist of two phases. Phase A is anticipated to cover 127,000 sq. m, while phase B, based on the exercising of building rights under a new city building plan (in the planning stages), is expected to include an additional 140,000 sq. m.

In addition, Gav-Yam holds property in the Har Hotzvim Jerusalem hi-tech park covering 7,000 sq. m (company’s share 25%).
