Gav-Yam holds dozens of hectares designated for industrial, logistics, and trade in the Haifa Bay area, adjacent to the new port and Haifa Airport. It has construction reserves of 100,000 sq. m for logistics, storage and industry.
The company is establishing a variety of advanced logistics centers, which match customer requirements and with area from 2,000 sqm to 30,000 sqm.
The park has two modern logistics centers with a total area of approx. 18,000 sqm, marketed to customers in the logistics field, the third center with an area of approx. 6,000 sqm is under planning, licensing and construction and the fourth center is under planning.
At this time the company is constructing an additional logistics center at the entrance to the park, on an area of 10,600 sq. m.
